Yoga- Yay or Nay?

I’m just curious to know what your thoughts on Yoga are! Have you ever tried it? If so, did you like it? I have been known to dabble in this form of exercise from time to time because for me, it’s the perfect way to spend an active recovery day! I love how after one yoga session, my stress levels plummet to almost nil and I feel so relaxed!

It’s recently come to my attention that some people might be intimidated by this form of exercise because of it’s new-agey kind of vibe. To be honest, I’ve never attended a class that required candles to be lit or incorporated any kind of chanting while practicing the varied poses. So, I can understand if you’re a little on the fence about committing to a schedule of classes if that’s not your thing. But, for those of you who are curious to try a yoga class, would you like to participate in a session that focuses mainly on building a  proper yoga foundation (so that means no candle lighting, no chanting and no OMs)?
